FEATURE

The Poolhouse

When it’s complete, Mill District will include several features and experiences that will enhance the lives of our homeowners. The Poolhouse, is certainly one of them. This private health, wellness and social space with swimming pool, pool deck, lounge, demonstration kitchen, cardio and resistance fitness areas, as well as a movement room will serve as a private club for those who live here. According to Greg Ashley, chief strategy officer for our parent company Replay Destinations, The Poolhouse will offer homeowners an elevated lifestyle experience unlike any other in town.

“The Poolhouse will not only serve the fitness, health, wellness and relaxation needs of our owners, it will also be a place of connection,” he said. “Our homeowners will get to take care of themselves and also be taken care of at The Poolhouse. Neighbors will become friends and life and the experience of living at Mill District will be even more fulfilling.”

As Greg explained, The Poolhouse will be run by a manager who will program experiences and events for homeowners on an ongoing basis and will also serve as a concierge for those interested in booking private training, hosting private dinners or celebrations. Experiences and events that could unfold at The Poolhouse include; wine education and tastings, cooking classes, cycling events and tours, Mill District Talks speaker series, and many more.

“The Poolhouse will become a real focal point for the residents of Mill District” Greg said. “The place where many will start their day with a workout or a swim, attend a class or a talk or just relax on the pool deck sharing wine with neighbors who have become friends.”
