Now that the Mill District site is mostly clear of buildings from its former life, we are looking forward to advancing the design of our public infrastructure and buildings with the City.
That means we’re eagerly awaiting final review and approval of our improvement plans and subdivision map, which will outline and detail precisely where each of the components of the project will rise. According to Eric Chan, director of development, we have further refined the park and residential buildings which will help solidify a sense of how the community will look and feel.
We’re also turning our attention to residences that will surround our heritage redwood trees by submitting design for the first phase of these.
Next up for the site: More reviews.
The City of Healdsburg is evaluating our public infrastructure plans (for roads, sidewalks, utilities, etc.) and we are excited to begin this scope of work very soon.
