It’s an exciting time for prospective buyers at Mill District.
In the next few weeks, those who have chosen to be involved in our ‘Invitation Only’ reservation program will receive the design and development details for the residences at Mill District. These will provide reservation holders the benefit of making an early selection of their home on December 3rd. This means that those people currently with a reservation deposit will have the ability to select their Mill District residence well before the general public.
According to Todd Patrick, vice president of marketing and sales for Replay Destinations, this milestone marks the first time that prospective Mill District homeowners will receive all the ownership details to allow them to select a specific residence. “We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received as we have moved through the design and approval process for Mill District. There is an anticipation and excitement for this new neighborhood in Healdsburg that is palatable,” Patrick said in a Zoom interview earlier this month. “We couldn’t be more pleased to share the design and ownership details first with those prospective owners who have waited through our project approval process.”
Reservation holders will have the opportunity to choose among the 39 residences in this initial phase. Residences range from studio to three bedroom flats along with signature two-story lofts and penthouses. On November 12th, reservation holders will receive a comprehensive Buyer’s Guide including floorplans, detailed price ranges and all conceptual architectural and interior design details by Olson Kundig as well as material finishes, appliance packages, plumbing fixtures and more.
Next month also will see the unveiling of new renderings (see feature for this month), and our new site model will be installed in our sales gallery inside our awesome metal table we commissioned from local fabricator (and firefighter) Robert Morris (see profile for this month). Sure, the table weighs 800 pounds. And, yes, the renderings are unlike any you have ever seen, but like Mill District itself, the approaches are creative, expressive, and fun.
We can’t wait to share them with you.
